Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
- ANM makes every effort to ship in-stock items within 24 hours of order placement.
- Delivery for orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii require 2-3 additional business days for delivery. Overnight delivery is not available for orders with shipping destinations in Alaska or Hawaii.
- Orders shipping to an APO / FPO military address or a Post Office box may only be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service and cannot be expedited.
- All expedited orders require a street address.
- You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

- ANM transacts business in U.S. dollars. We gladly accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.
Shipping to Canada
- Please allow 1-2 weeks additional delivery time for orders with a shipping destination in Canada. Items shipped from the United States into Canada may require additional delivery time because of increased security measures at border crossing points. Expedited shipping methods (such as Third Day or Overnight) are not available for shipments to Canada.
- Shipping and handling fees will automatically be added to your total during Checkout. Shipping and handling fees include taxes, duties and brokerage fees (if applicable).
Returning an Item
- Please refer to your packing slip for return information.
- Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.
- Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the item. Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
- All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

- Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
- You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
